大変厳しいマーケット状況の中にもかかわらず、売り出しからわずか1か月半ほどで複数の有力なバイヤーの方々を見つけてくださり、最終的には3か月も経たないうちに売買契約が成立したのは、お二人の豊富なご経験と、お客様一人ひとりへのきめ細やかなご対応のおかげだと感じております。

近隣には似た条件の物件もいくつかありましたが、当初の想定よりも良い価格で売却できたことも、本当にありがたく思っております。
